In April, Antoinette Johnson completed a six-year journey of dedication and sacrifice with a short walk south on North McClurg Court.

At Shirley Ryan 小恩雅, people arrive after lives change in minutes — a gunshot wound, a car crash, a stroke. When patients are discharged, they often need to approach their home differently. Occupational therapist Kelsey Watters said they first consider locations like the bathroom and the entry.

TrayBall: Using LookingGlass
This system is a very straightforward use of the looking glass display system combined with a tracking device called the Leap? tracking device. It tells the computer where your hands are, and then we ask the patient to do a bimanual task to move a virtual tray to different locations in space without letting a ball roll off.
