Tai Chi, originally a martial art, is a series of flowing movements performed in sequence. Meaning "the grand ultimate first," it offers a unique blend of exercise and mindfulness. Our adaptive Tai Chi class includes a variety of movements from different Tai Chi forms, allowing you to experience fluidity, relaxation and stretching.
